Seven Deadly Baller-Rapper Comparisons
Breaking news my fellow hip-hop heads: Dan Patrick has found Tupac.
Picture Makaveli rollin’, with the Chicago Bulls? I guess once Jordan left town, dude figured he could keep it on the low below the Chi-Town radar. Hit ‘em up.
Nice effort Danny boy, but I think Raymond Felton is a better Pac impersonator than Ben Gordon. But we here at the DubCee give you credit for tryin’.
That said, here’s the West Coast Bias sports blog’s favorite baller-rapper comparisons, in honor the great Tupac Shakur, who is chillin’ on a beach somewhere after his Bobcats went 35-47 and finished 24-games back. Come on Suge Knight MJ, bring in some talent would you.
Shaq and That Dude who rapped with Fu Schnickens
Oh, wait a minute. Comparing Shaq 1.0 with Shaq-Fu 2.0 don’t count. Just had to throw it back a bit. What’s up doc?
Yep, that’s Shaq , rappin’ about Tony Danza, not being bragadocious … but supercalifragelistic, Shaq is alidocious.
Nate Robinson and 50 cent
Nate Robinson is a pint-sized 50 cent, right down to the shirtlessness and the tats.
Mo Williams and John Legend
Not exactly hip-hop, but close enough. Plus WCBias contributor RK is president of the Mo Williams fan club. Can you believe Ryantific thinks LeBron and Mo are the best 1-2 punch in the league?
Larry Hughes and Juelz Santana
New school but classic at the same time. These dudes look identical, even though I’m not sure where either of them are these days.
Sam Cassell and Russell Simmons
The next three are our all-time favorites. When he’s not looking like ET, Sam I Am looks just like Mr. Simmons. Run D Sam C.
Kenyon Martin, Method Man
K-Mart scares me. As does Meth. I’ll stick to Wal-Mart. Oh wait, didn’t I just say I’m scared of meth?
Robert Horry and Will Smith
And of course, long lost twins Big Shot Bob and The Fresh Prince. … Yo homes, to Bel Air!

Whoa now — it’s definitely a stretch to call John Legend hip-hop. That guy’s smooth, old school R&B. And I mean the real R&B — with real soul. Not that Usher crap.
That said, I love the Simmons, Smith comparisons.

Rodney Stuckey of the Pistons looks more like 50 than lil Nate….Lil Nate reminds me more of a young Mike Tyson than Curtis
